We have found that HP DesignJet and HP DesignJet plotters will install correctly in Windows 10, the proper driver will load and everything will seem fine except print jobs will never come out of the plotter. No error messages will appear on the computer either - Windows thinks the print job was completed properly even though nothing ever came out of the plotter.

I also just found out that it could also have something to do with a recent Adobe Reader update that has been causing problems with printing to HP Designjets.

It was suggested to try using Foxit, and lo and behold, I downloaded a trial version on one of the problem PCs and he can now print to the HP Designjet. I followed the steps you provided regarding the optional driver updates but none of those were specifically related to printer drivers. As I mentioned previously, the latest Adobe update seems to have caused the problem per our service tech that helps with our HP Designjet when we can't solve a problem.
